How a floor gets built
Every project goes up the same way: four stages, never more than two weeks each, with a demo at the end of every one.

Stage 01
Blueprint
We agree the brief in plain words and sketch every screen on paper.

Stage 02
Frame
A clickable prototype, tested with five real people before any polish.

Stage 03
Fit-out
The design system, final visuals and production front-end code.

Stage 04
Lights on
Launch, measure for a month and hand over the keys with docs.

Notes from the tenants
Pim took our tax pots from a spreadsheet to the feature people mention in reviews. Calm, fast, and the handover docs were better than ours.

Mara Oyelaran
Head of Product, Coinlet
Floor 7
Checkout went from nine steps to four and nobody on the team had to relearn anything. Bookings on phones are up 38% since spring.

Jonas Veerman
Marketing lead, Veerline Ferries
Floor 6
The site and the gallery signs finally speak the same language. Visitors now scrub the timeline before they come in.

Ilse Brandt
Curator, Kade Harbour Museum
Floor 4
On election night the maps held up under a million views and our reporters could read them on the bus.

Tomasz Wierzba
Data editor, Noordkust Dagblad
Floor 3
We asked for a logo and got a whole sound. Listeners hum the sting back to us.

Ada Kwarteng
Host, Low Tide Radio
Floor 2
Two sprints, one launch, zero drama. Pim explains trade-offs like a friend who happens to be an expert.

Founder, Slow Harbour Coffee

Design systems
The smallest useful design system
Eight colours, six text styles and nine components. Everything else can wait until the second product.

Notes from shipping alone
A weekly rhythm that keeps a one-person studio calm: Monday plans, Friday demos, no meetings on Wednesdays.
