Hi, I’m Pim. I live on the top floor.
I’m Pim, a product designer who also writes the front-end code. I spent nine years inside companies before opening a studio of one in 2023.
I like small teams, plain words and software that feels calm. Most of my clients are founders and in-house teams who need a senior person for a few weeks, not an agency for a year.
When I’m not at the desk I draw pixel art, sail a very small boat badly, and write Small Batch Notes every Friday.

How I work
Rule 01
Plain words first
I write the headline, the buttons and the error messages before drawing a box. It settles half the decisions early.
Rule 02
Small, finished steps
Two-week sprints with a demo every Friday. You always know where the building is at.
Rule 03
Hand over the keys
Docs, tokens and code your team can run without me. The best compliment is not being needed.
