Notes from shipping alone
A weekly rhythm that keeps a one-person studio calm: Monday plans, Friday demos, no meetings on Wednesdays.

Working alone means nobody notices when a week slips. So I made the rhythm visible.
Monday is planning and email. Tuesday to Thursday are for making, and Wednesday has no calls at all. Friday ends with a short demo video for every client, even when the progress is small.
The demo is the habit that matters most. It turns quiet weeks into visible ones and catches misunderstandings early.
